Indonesia’s Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) is opening its first campus in Malaysia soon.
Its vice-dean (Academic, Business and Management School), Ir Gatot Yudoko said that the institute had identified several locations, including in Johor, for the purpose.
“We are still in discussion with the relevant parties to decide on a suitable location to set up the campus,” he told a media conference here on Tuesday.
Yudoko is here to attend the three-day International Conference on Technology and Operations Management jointly organised by Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) and ITB here.
The conference, which ends tomorrow, is attended by 82 participants including from United Kingdom, Canada, Jordan, Yemen, India, Indonesia and Pakistan.

No way!! The key of the ITB quality is the enrolled students.. And Indonesia high school student is among the best in the world.. If ITB want to open a campus in Malaysia,, they need to set the standard lower,, and that’s such a bad dream..
