Maserati, and Italian car, entered Indonesia auto market sometimes in the early 2000, and the hype was huge. It was quite surprising considering that Ferrari entered at the same time. Even it is very small, the market in Indonesia is considered to be loyal, and willing to spend $$$ to get those cars just to warm it up every morning.
Have you ever heard about the newly released Maserate Chicane? Not so many people know that one of the designers was an Indonesian who studied in Italy, and now a lecturer in Ciputra University Surabaya. He is Mikael Ifianto.
