Singer Tim is ready to come to the forefront of hallyu (Korean Wave) with a kick-off in Indonesia.

Tim has recently been cast in the series I Love you, which is TV series collaborated between Korea and Indonesia. The singer-actor is currently busy shooting scenes for the series in Seoul, and later he is scheduled to take part in the shooting in Indonesia.

A source from Tim’s agency says, “Tim is set to be active in Asia with the base he’s been establishing in Indonesia. He’s ready to promote his work as a singer as well as an actor.”

The source added. “He’s planning to extend his domain to different Asian countries with a kick-off in Indonesian showbiz.

The series, consisting of 30 episodes, is adapted and produced by Indonesian director Noto. Also, it is slated to be air through an Indonesian major TV channel starting from March 7 at 9:00 p.m. which is a prime time.

Tim appears in the series as Young Min, who is a top K-Pop singer and plays opposite of a top Indonesian actress. Young Min visits Indonesia in order to figure out the misunderstanding about his dead mom, and goes through various happenings.
