Once I showed this kind of picture to a friend from Japan, and she said, “Oh, this is an unacceptable abuse”. Lol! She was very wrong, at least in Indonesia. This is simply a celebration of successful students passing their very final exam in high school. You can find these beautiful gals, handsome guys, nationwide, become colorfully-dressed by brush painting or signatures of their fella students.
Indonesia, the land of unimaginable.

For some students, its a MUST “tradition” after they pass the exams..
In some point, its a good memories to remember when they all split up..
But unfortunately I don’t happen to feel that “feeling”..

most of Indonesian students act as a follower of the tradition, little or none act as a new innovator or courage to do something different (e.g. collect the uniform and books to be given for their unfortunate juniors)…

but, i think government or theirself must try to reduce this act…
i agree if they have little act as a nice young boy/girl with given something to their school or junior…
