Well, when talking about "potentials", Indonesia has loads of them. It's our job to convert this potential into prosperity. In energy sector for example, despite of huge potential of geothermal, biomass-energy, hydropower, and not to forget the tropical sunshine all over the year, only 65% of Indonesian households are electrified. I mean, maybe that's the way it should be. We have to use all that resource for our benefit. Beside, being an oil exporter tend to make the people lazy and backward (I don't know, just look at those arab countries). Instead we have to find ways to maximize the utilization of our energy resources, let them bring their plants / manufacturing / etc over here (where the energy is).
