It seems like they only want to use it as a hub, I have my doubts on how many destinations they can reach from Sabang. Once a few big carriers are in, it might work. Even tough Singapore service almost every port in the world. I think it will be similar to the Maersk terminal in Algaciras, a clear transit point. I sincerely hope that the new port will provide work for the pirates. They only pirate because of a lack of income. Building a new port may create some rest in straight of Mallaka.
